Not really looking forward to spend your Christmas with your uncle, brother in law and parents, talking about the same things every year? Want to escape and have a good reason not to show up? Then this is your ultimate chance!

We are Vale das Borboletas, a upcoming creative, off-grid queer community in the southwest of Portugal. And we are inviting you to spend your Christmas holidays immersing yourself in everyday life in the community, with celebrating Christmas our way: being colorfull, being yourself, meet other colorful beings, learn about community life, gardening, natural building and cooking together a delicious feast to celebrate both the darkness and light… and…. everything in between!

You will be part of our community’s daily life, meet us, work with us, but also be at our heart sharing circle. There is time to be in nature by yourself, there is time to connect with others, all in Portuguese style: calma, easy. Here we live a bit slower, take time for each other, to get to know each other better. And we would love to get to know you!

This week is open for everyone that is at ease in a queer environment.
